Banana, Chocolate and Hazelnut Loaf

You will need...
For cake
-3 bananas (mashed)
-175g brown sugar (optional, use 150g brown sugar and 25g muscovado dark brown sugar)
-175g butter
-20ml milk
-2 eggs
-175g self raising flour
-30g cocoa powder
-100g white or milk chocolate chips
For icing
-80g ground hazelnuts
-140g butter, softened
-280g icing sugar
-1-2 tbsp milk
-20g cocoa powder

serves: 8 generous portions
time: 10 mins prep + 60 mins cooking

How to...
-Preheat your oven to 160 celcius
-Line your loaf tin of choice with greaseproof paper
-Cream 175g butter and 175g brown sugar
-Beat in 2 eggs and your cocoa powder and add 20ml milk
-Fold in 3 mashed bananas, 100g chocolate chips and 175g sr flour
-Add mixture to loaf tin, cook for 60 minutes and skewer test
-Leave on a cooling rack
-When the cake is cooled, add the icing. Beat the butter in a large bowl until soft. Add half of the icing sugar and beat until smooth. Add 30g cocoa powder. Add the remaining icing sugar and one tablespoon of the milk and beat mixture until smooth. Fold in ground hazelnuts (I bought normal hazelnuts, roasted them and ground them in mortar and pestle) and spread on loaf
