Soooo I kinda faltered yesterday and got distracted with my own story. I love writing, I find it so therapeutic. Again,off I go...back to me. It is all about me. With blogging and any sort of online business, what are you selling? YOURSELF. SAY IT FOR THE CHEAP SEATS AT THE BACK....I'M SELLING MY SOUL TO THE BLOGGING INDUSTRY FOR GAINS. VEGAN GAINS.

Anyway back to the actual subject. I strongly recommend
1) GO TO YOUR DR
2) GO BACK TO YOUR DR...GET A REFERRAL FOR GYNECOLOGY
3) CHECK YOUR DIET....make a weekly food diary. Personally it helped me to cut out meat, refined sugar, dairy, fish, gluten, anything over processed, anything with taurine/aspartame in. My body is a temple theory applies here, cut all the crap. Less cramps, less IBS. Sweet.
4) find an outlet. Creative, even if you enjoy crosswords. Be you. Find your calling.
5) get reliable friends, not those who will drop you at a slight problem...you want reliable adults with brains not children with games to play
6) social media...find your friends online
7) specific support forums to your condition, check google! If anything goes reaaaaaaaal baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad samaritans are great.
